Intentsify Services
Intentsify collects personal information as a data processor pursuant to specific written agreements with our clients. When acting as a data processor for our clients, we collect cookie identifiers from individuals who have opted in to cookie collection. We collect, process, and use this personal information in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the agreement between Intentsify and the client who is acting as the data controller. We may transfer personal information that we collect on behalf of our clients to our clients, or to companies that help us provide the Engagements. These transfers of personal information are covered by the service provider agreements with our clients, and additional agreements with the third party receiving the personal information where required by applicable law.
If you are a customer of one of our clients, please refer to the privacy notices of our clients for further information on the processing of your personal information. If you would no longer like to be contacted by our client, please contact that client directly. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the Intentsify client who is acting as the data controller and they will manage the request in accordance with applicable law.
We will retain personal information collected on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to any one of our clients or as otherwise authorized, directed, or permitted by our clients or by applicable law. In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Intentsify will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Intentsify Pixel
We also collect personal information through a pixel (“Pixel”) that our clients direct us to place on their websites and in certain commercial emails. The Pixel collects IP address and cookie data. The data collected through the Pixel on behalf of a specific client is used to identify user groups based on actions taken on the platform where it is placed, track events such as downloads and forms completed, and segment audiences for targeted advertising. The Pixel does not collect names, email addresses, or other contact information. Information collected via Pixel is solely for the benefit of the relevant client and will not be shared outside of Intentsify or its affiliates or used for the benefit of other clients.
You may block the Pixel by using the privacy settings on your own device to block or disable cookie collection.

As you navigate through and interact with the Engagements, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your interactions with the Engagements, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use while interacting with the Engagements.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The information we collect automatically helps us to improve the Engagements and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
We and our publishing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers, use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts, to analyze trends, administer the Engagements, track users’ movements around the Engagements, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and compiled basis. As to information submitted to, through, or on the Engagements, we may likewise use service providers to host content, host or implement blogs and forums, or conduct data and marketing analytics with respect to information captured. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you may be able to control the way in which your devices permit the use of cookies. You may choose whether to accept, block, or delete our cookies from your browser; however, blocking or deleting cookies may cause some of the Engagements to work incorrectly.
Intentsify may use a variety of technologies, including that automatically or passively collect information from your computer, mobile device, or other technology when you are visiting an Intentsify or partner website or on a third party’s behalf when we serve advertisements and store it in log files. Information collected may include data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, your responses to advertisements delivered by us, date and time, referring URLs and other information normally transmitted in HTTP requests (“Usage Information”). This information may be associated with business profile information about you, such as your industry, company size, and job title. The purpose of this information is to keep the Engagements updated and interesting to our users and tailor content to each individual’s interests.
We use Local Storage Objects (“LSOs”) such as Flash to store content information and preferences. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 and Flash to collect and store information.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Engagements. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to the Engagements.
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Engagements are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies to collect information about you when you use the Engagements. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. For information about how you can opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.
- Pixel Tags. We or our service providers may use small electronic files known as pixel tags (also referred to as web beacons, clear GIFs, and single-pixel gifs) or similar means (collectively, “Pixel Tags”) in connection with some Intentsify pages and email messages formatted to, among other things, compile aggregate statistics about usage of the Engagements and response rates. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1×1), that is ordinarily not visible to website visitors and may be associated with cookies on visitors’ devices. Pixel Tags allow us and our service providers to count users who have visited certain website pages, track events such as downloads and forms completed, deliver customized services, segment audiences for targeted advertising, and help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in formatted email messages, Pixel Tags can inform the sender of the email whether and when the email has been opened. Pixel Tags do not collect names, email addresses, or other contact information. Information collected via Pixel is solely for the benefit of the relevant client and will not be shared outside of Intentsify or used for the benefit of other clients. You may block the Pixel by using the privacy settings on your own device to block or disable cookie collection.

We may disclose personal information that we collect as described in this Privacy Notice:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, professional advisors and other third parties we use to support our business.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Intentsify, LLC’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Intentsify, LLC about our users is among the assets transferred.

As described above, Intentsify collects personal information as a data processor pursuant to specific written agreements with our clients. These transfers of personal information are covered by the agreements with our clients, and additional agreements with the third party receiving the personal information where required by applicable law.
In certain circumstances, in the prior 12 months, we may have sold or shared for a commercial purpose or disclosed for a business purpose your personal information to different third parties such as advertisers, advertising agencies, marketers, technology platforms, market research firms, resellers, and customers. The categories of personal information we may have sold or shared for a commercial purpose include identifiers, personal information categories identified in the California customer records statute, identifiers collected through use of the Engagements, professional or employment information such as current job title, and internet and other network activity.
Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. To learn how you can manage your Flash cookie settings, visit the Flash player settings page on Adobe’s website. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by sending us an email with your request to privacy@intentsify.io or otherwise taking the steps to exercise your rights under applicable law as described below.
- Promotional Offers from Intentsify. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by Intentsify to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@intentsify.io. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Intentsify as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms
Your browser settings may allow you to transmit a “do not track” signal, “opt-out preference” signal or other mechanism for exercising your choice regarding the collection of your information when you visit various websites. A universal opt-out mechanism is a mechanism by which users can exercise their right to opt out of the use of their personal information for targeted advertising (known as “sharing” under CCPA) or the sale of their personal information. If you have enabled a universal opt-out mechanism such as Global Privacy Control, when you visit the Engagements, your browser will transmit a signal to Intensify to inform us of your preferences regarding the use of your information for targeted advertising and/or the sale of your personal information. We will process requests transmitted through a universal opt-out mechanism in a frictionless manner and in accordance with requirements for processing valid opt-out requests under applicable law. After receiving a valid opt-out request through from a universal opt-out mechanism, we will continue to treat the browser, device, and relevant user as having exercised their opt out rights unless and until the consumer consents to the processing of personal information for targeted advertising and/or the sale of personal information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for so long as is necessary to carry out the processing purposes identified above. Personal data shall be retained in active process environment only for the minimal period for which it is required for processing, having regard to:

However, these rights are not absolute and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.
